Force IE to load my COM-object on startup

hi!
I am creating my own Internet Explorer toolbar.

How to force IE to load my toolbar only if it is off (Menu: View ->
Toolbar -> mytoolbar ).
My toolbar needs to be working (saving some info from users page) even it is
not visilble (active, On, etc.).
